If I'm adding a teaspoon of non-iodized "freshwater" salt to the water, one for every five gallons...

and if I lower the pH with a little household vinegar...

and if I'm treating possible intestinal parasites with garlic extract, just to be sure...

and if there's a slight oil slick on the surface of my water...

and if I add a slice of avocado to feed my Otocinclus...

don't I have a very dilute guacamole?

Gimme some chips, Otocinclus and guacamole would make a great tastey afternoon treat. Because after the marinade of vinegar, salt, olive oil and garlic would definatly make the fish very nummy..

But other than that, i am a little bamboozed by Wetman's post.

Where's the tomatillo? Clearly not a westerner.

Cumin is my favorite additive.

And here I was thinking there might be a recipe for some tea! :D

Ah, sounds good to me though possible just a little too watery for my refined taste buds. The recipe does make me wonder whether it is a delicatesse for the freshwater Mexican Green Guapote however...

Wow, um...wow.

Maybe it's time to send that New Yawker some real guacamole?

(Says here this guacamole was made in New York City...New York City?!?!?!)
