tiger barbs lip lock?

is it just mine but do tiger barbs lip lock???
they dont really harsh lip lock and hold on or ne thing but they seem to fight just like cichlids do? is this just mine but is it normal for them to do that?

Do you have them in with any cichlids or gourami? I've seen some of my school fish 'copy' the other fish sometimes.
