I've had luck with:
java fern
green hygro
hornwort
jungle val
wisteria
sag
Had no luck at all with:
anachris
various ***'t sword plants
bacopa
java moss (but I kill that everywhere, lol)
pennywort
There is another great list somewhere on www.thekrib.com but their search button isn't working for me right now...

Er...um..oops...Guess that's what that preview button is for, eh? :p
Here's that link: http://www.thekrib.com/Plants/Plants/brackish.html I definitely agree about the neat lime green colour the wisteria gets.
First off, define brackish. IME, few to no FW plants do well at all if they even survive past 1.003. A tablespoon or so of salt per 5 gallons just ain't brackish in my house.
Vals do seem to be able to adapt pretty well, but the acclimitizarion needs to be gradual. I start the tank FW with buffering substrate, and increase the salt very gradually over multiple weeks.
