Fiji rock vs. Marshall Island rock

I am looking for a couple of answers here. First, between Fiji and Marshall live rock which would you choose and why? Secondly where is the best on-line place to purchase with price and quality in mind?

I bought my LR from www.liveaquaria.com and it was good quality, lots of sponges, tubes, and 2 corals (on mine).
However www.gulf-view.com looks even better so either one, I like liveaquaria

I bought fiji it looks good and has lots of algeas (corilline,...)

http://www.eastcoastclams.com has GREAT prices, and I've heard that their rock is TOP OF THE LINE@! thats where i plan to order mine from.. my lfs is 7.99 a lb, ECC is 2.25 a lb!
