stomatella snail?

Is this little guy a Stomatella Snail? Are they good or bad?

Stomatella Snails are good, but I do not see any snails in your pic. Can you take out and re-take a pic?? PS--Sometimes trying to take a Stomatella Snail out it will "release" the top half of itself.
