Very pretty! In the first pic, is that blue on the fish just a reflection off something or do they actually have some blue coloring?

I have never really liked angel fish at all but I wouldn't mind having a couple of those.... Nice fish man.

what kind of plants are in the background?
They kinda look like tetras with long fins. I never noticed how wierd they are. cichlids just shouldnt look like that.
Beautiful fish. I love angels and those are exceptional.

Those "plants" are actually part of the background.
I only have one very large Amazon sword plant and a small banana plant in with them right now. I will be adding a piece of driftwood when it gets here on Mon.
I think the blue you are seeing is just the flash. I can't really tell because the still hide when I turn on the lights in the tank and only are out and about when the lights are off. Any suggestions?

Nice angels Dobermann. I love to see proud new parents showing off their fish.
Don't worry about them hiding, when they get comfortable with their new enviroment they'll get a little more brave. My angels love to swim and take cover around driftwood and jungle val. You might try adding some Val to you tank.:D

Doberman, Dem is v.pretty. Posted a few days ago as a fairly newbie wiv one 15 gal tank established & new 55 gal which is cycling. Was undecided what to put in. Had been thinking about Angels among others and having seen the pics have now been converted to a deff Angels fan. Thnks for the pics maybe a confusing decision v.easy. Once cylced hope I can find some as pretty as those.......:D

Thank you for the kind words. I am glad I decided to go with Angelfish for my new tank. I just saw a breeding pair of silver Angels at LFS and man were they beautiful.
Kev8 these babies cost me $15.00 a piece and I think they are worth it.
