What are these little white things bouncing around on my back glass its not those worm things i know that there liek little dots and it seems like there " hopping " up and down ? !?!?!

I have had things exactly like that in our terrarium and they don’t hurt anything. I got rid of them by doing a couple of 50% water changes.

I as have had these thing from time to time ussaully in the tanks with floating plants.I think they are some kind of bug,(a water flea?)They seem to jump around at the surface.I am not sure and they have never lead to a problem.If anyone knows I to would like to know too.Anyone?Thanks

The aquatic springtail (a collembolan), Podura aquatica? Mites don't jump like that.

They seem to come out when the lights are off when iturn the lights on i can see them theres alot of them should i do water changes and gravel vac ? things are really grossing me out ..

If they're just little white dots, probably daphnia, got a betta in a jar with a lot of those (make a good food source too)
