Can someone point me to a good resource for fish diseases? Im concerned over one of my cichlids that is looking a little bad. He has been haging out at the top of the tank and doesnt eat as quickly as he normally does. He colors have been staying a light dull blue, when he is normally dark blue and almost black. He looks like he has a tad bit of grey stuff on his skin and his eyes are looking a little blurry. Im not sure what to put in the tank to help him out. My water condition seem to be good, so Im not sure what this is. Anyone suggest an all-around fish medication that might help?

First, test your water and make certain your conditions are okay.

If there are other fish in there, make sure this one is not being targetted for harrassment.

Fading color and diminished appetite are non-specific symptoms--could be many things. Here's a good reference, but you'll need to confirm on factors other than just those 2. http://www.fishpalace.org/Disease.html

THANK YOU! so far he is still alright, looks like he might be kicking it, but I want to make sure. He is eating more now, but his eyes are still blurry.
