I saw some nice built it yourself kits, one is ahsupply.com I can get everything but the reflector to built a t5 light. any ideas?
A & H also sells reflectors. You have to call them for a price.
Do they not have the size you need?

If you can build it, I have seen guys do it on this forum from aluminum at home depot.
I am sure if you do a search something will come up.

You could hav a glass shop cut a mirror to fit. Not likely to find anything more reflective.
Or depending on the surface it would have to adhere to u could use mirror tint.
