What's the question?
What size tank? How big are the oscars? Water parameters? Ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate?

pirhana are very shy retiring fish, the oscars will probably out compete them for food. however when they get hungry enough they will probably just pick off an oscar.
for much more information than I could give you try the pirhana forums here: www.predatoryfish.net
