the dead fish show some red mark locate at the bottom area of the grill and in front of the bellie, look like is internal.

If you can provide specific test results, it would be very helpful. Very few water problems are visible to the naked eye, so a visual inspection is seldom useful.

If the red marks are near and around the gill area, there are several possibilities. One is nitrogen burn, from high levels of ammonia or nitrites in the tank. If the fish was exposed to high levels previously, the problem can show up later. This would also result in lethargic behavior prior to death.

The other possibility is a parasitic infection. There are many parasites which target the gills of fish. Gills, unlike the body of the fish, are not protected by a slime coat or scales. Parasites imbed themselves in the gills and feed from the blood that circulates through them, or from the flesh of the gill. Parasites are difficult to detect, due to their location and small size.

Treatment varies for either situation, so you need to confirm that it is not a case of poor water quality before medicating for parasites.

I change water 25% every week, and it seem to me all 5 guppies are purchase around 10 days ago, but they are very active no sign they are going to die, at nite they are swim around and around and so quick, my eyes even can't catch up with their moment, next morning one dead , next day anotherand the red mark is under the grill, not on the grill.
i hope the rest of the guppies is o.k (move them to another tank, with the same set up, temp....)

take a look at the guppies which are losing energy, is there a light gold glisten to them? i just lost my Flying Fox (:( ) and it was due to this, its REALLY hard to spot, just look for rapid gill movement and the "gold dust" down the body. its called Velvet Disease, you need to go down to ur LFS and get some medication for this, apparently its a tank killer if u dont stop it, i got some stuff for mine today, it was just a little to late tho, cos my F-Fox died about 2 hours ago, its the type of parasite which you can only kill when it releases its host to spawn.

sorry to hear your fish is dead too, i did see any line on that guppies, but for sure her skin is not shinny and the way she swim looking look people waving their hand, she swim up to the top of the tank and then do a dive right down to the bottom.
well i hope the other is o.k
