I was just wondering if you could buy/order shrimp eggs from shrimp like the ghost shrimp or amano shrimp. I can't find any shrimp around here, and i dont really want to pay $25 s/h for 5 shrimp that only cost a few bucks a piece. Probably not possible, but i thought i would find out for sure.

Never heard of shrimp eggs for sale but you could get lucky. I have never heard of a 'sure-fire' method of transporting them...

I don't know how one would get the eggs off of the female. I looked into shrimp breeding and I want to try it, but I read the eggs are attached to the underside of the female (in the swimerettes I guess).
Perhaps you could find someone who has been succesful in breeding shrimp and get them to send you some in planktonic form. They would take a few weeks to raise, but it beats expensive S&H.

You can get 36 ghost shrimp on Aquabid (http://www.aquabid.com/) for $9.99 US plus around $12 shipping.
That particular vendor sells smaller quantities as well.
I bought the larger package and each and every one arrived alive and well.
