I have raised some (6) betta fry. First time. However, they are not growing. They are still about 1/4 to 1/2 inch long (9 weeks old). Do you have any suggestions?
Frequent water changes are also a necessary ingredient in getting your fry growing. You may already be doing enough if you are feeding heavily to gain growth but if not, it is time to start.
I have been feeding them microworms two times a day. I also change all the water about every week in addition to adding or changing 1/4 of the water about every other day. I just started feeding them grindal worms along with the microworms. Don't know if they are eating them yet. They have been put in individual cups about a week ago. I just don't know what I need to do.
Wow, I've never done a 100% water change before! BTW, congrats on the babies!! Have you tried bloodworms, are they to young for that? I know when I had bettas mine LOVED bloodworms.
