I went to petco and saw some betta that are labled King Betta,they look indetical to plakat,but i'm not total sure.Any one knows?

If you said they look like one, then yes, they are. Only you can picture out the whole thing unless you can post pics for us.
Speaking of bettas... I went in the pet supermarket, I think that's what it's called. They had probably 50 bettas in the little cups with lids on them. Couldn't have been more than a couple of ounces of water in there. Not even enough room for the fish to move hardly. I wonder why it isn't illegal to keep them that way?
I was at petco today and saw the same thing, in WA state. Yes, that are plakat but with a cool name.
