i can get i light that is 30" long and 4 pin pc lights fit in would it be enough for a good salt water light thanks i don't know if thats enought info or not but thats all i got thanks.

or would this be bettter

Depends on what corals you want and what size tank you have. Should be enough for a smaller tank, but nowhere close for anything bigger than about 40. Many softies and some hard corals will do well, but clams and such may need more lighting.

I would go for the second one, personally. The fans really help out with temp control, and you get more light and a broader spectrum.

It looks like you're putting this over a 20 or 29 gallon? CustomSeaLife makes good stuff, and the light should be good enough for almost all corals on a small tank.

hey guys i have and flat back hex tank not sure about gallons it is 29 inches across and about 2 foot height and about 10 inches deep would either light be enough thanks.

If it's 2 feet high, I'd push for metal halides to get light all the way down to the bottom. If you were going with soft corals, with maybe a few stony corals near the top, the custom sealife fixture would probably be OK.
