my friend being the moron he is, dumped so much salt into his 20 gallon that its sitting on the bottom as if it was new gravel, his fish started going nuts fighting each other and the blue one turned black for a lil bit? what is next?

Did your freind test the salinity? I'd imagine if there was so much salt in the talk it wouldn't disolve the concentrations would be high enough to kill everything in the tank.

Obviously, the first thing to do is to test the salinity. If it is too high siphon out some water and add straight fresh water. You shouldn't change the salinity to quickly. Continue this over several days to lower the salinity. If it is so high that it is stressing the fish you may have to move more quickly.
