Clear spots ..HELP

My head tail light tetras have clear spots on their fins and body,sluggish, flickering their tails,not eating,one has a bloated belly. I treated them with Copper safe and maracyn 2. because the Mardel chart seem to think this is a good all around treatment.What can be wrong with them?
 
Are any of the fins rotting, have tears in them, look like they are decaying. Are there any scales missing? What the water chemistry like. Tank size, mates??
 
There`s no raised scales or rotted fins.I have them in a 55gal with:2 clown loaches 3-4"..` false siamese algae eater 4"..1 female betta and 9 corydoras...all others seem ok just the HT light Tetras are showing symptoms.I do a 25% water change weekly and my water conditions are ammonia0..nitrites0.. ph 6.8.
 
Sounds like Ick. The spots with Ick are usually white. If your fish are rubbing themselves on stuff and acting funny this could be it. How are the clown loaches doing? Ususally they are the first to show symptoms.
 
My Clowns are ok,it`s not ick,these are clear spots. I forgot to say the fish has a yellowish tint to their color which wasn`t there before:(
 
One of my clowns has it now.The yellow has light yellow spots and the black has light black spots.Is this ick?
 
Maybe the clowns are just showing their emotions. Black and yellow spots could be wounds or scales scabbing over. Fish get scabs like people, and they are ok. The discoloation is a sign of healing sometimes. I have seen it happen, and I have documented it. I had a badly injured goldfish turn black all over. He was just healing, and he made a full recovery.
 
Ok I got the flash light out the spots are white,my fish have ick.I treated them with Copper Safe and Maracyn 2. Hope this works:(
