Tank Problems

Hi! I am having a little problem. There is some spider web looking substance forming in my tank, and it appears to be coming off of the live rock, but I could be wrong. Nothing has been introduced in the tank since Friday, Oct. 31 and this is the first day that it has appeared. Can anyone help?

Do you have just a lot of white strings around the rock?
