I was planning to do this with an above ground pool but I filled it over the winter to make sure the water freezing would not bust the pool and sure enough it sprung a leak. That pond is amazing and I can only imagine the added value to the house because of it.

Finding comparable properties to show the value would be difficult....

But the idea is cool.
