Funny I just tried that last night and my cory went NUTS...it seems I moved a decoration too close to where he likes to hang out and he was pissed about it, zoomed around the tank and then went into hiding...wouldn't come out until I moved it back...the other fish didn't seem to care though. :D

great when adding fish, but dont do it thinking your fish are 'bored' sinse they live in a small glass box 'bored' is just right

I do it on rare occasion, but only because I'm bored!!! Otherwise, it can help when adding new fish so that everyone can stake out some spots, without them already being claimed (however, my corys know their spot, no matter where I move the decoration!) I also rotate a decoration every few weeks because my one pleco is a much better algae eater, so I use him to clean things up!

My oscar enjoys uprooting the ornaments after I replace them on his weekly cleanup. He also digs up the same holes after I smooth his gravel, so there's no pleasing him.

I like to Change my decoraions onc in a while just to change the looks. I'm the one getting bored here!

I gave up on deco in my O tank. It has substrate and a very small piece of driftwood. Boring, but I don't have to worry about getting it just right and waking up the next morning with it all over the place.
