Sick Firemouth

My Firemouth, Patrick, is definately sick. He's listless, bumping into things and it looks like he can't "swish" his tail very well. He keeps getting wedged into tight places and for the most part sits on the substrate. It looks like his tail is a little bent downward as well. He's still eating and his color is fine although he's not very accurate anymore when he swallows his food.

Anybody have any ideas as to what is wrong with him? Thanks.
