Something you put in the water recently? flocculant? conditioner? phosphate pH reducer?

Your water is naturally hard? high alkalinity and high pH? Something's precipitating, and carbonates are the most usual offenders...

use dechlorinator every wkend w water change,

the only additive im using is crushed coral, but thats packed into my two fluval+ filters....

(my ph is 6 and kh dropped off to 0 when i introduced the diy co2...)(from 6.5 and 3)

you think that could be the culprit(the coral i mean??)??

Unless crushed coral is EXTREMELY well rinsed, it will cause temporary clouding of the water. That would be my guess.
