What do you all think? Supposedly it's good right out of the box...

IMO, whenever live rock hits open air for an extended period it has to be recured. I know they claim you don't have to but the best way to tell is to buy it, put it in a 10g tank and test ammonia for a couple of days. I would guess there would be an ammonia spike because of some creatures like sponges and such dying. Anyway, hope this helps and good luck.

Seems like there would have to be at least a little die off during transit since while they submerge the rock in water during ship you would think the lack of aereation would take at least a small toll. Probably less with this stuff than any other sort of cured rock I've seen for sale on the net yet.
We have only one LFS that carries live rock and if his stuff gets sold out before it finishes curing then I might want to try this stuff. If I do I will post the results here. :)
