I went to feed my fish tonight and at first they were just sitting at the bottom of the tank chillen (2 angels and a severum) I got out the food and they started to move around a little.. i gave them a few flakes and when they went to try to eat it they keep missing the food.. the severum will try to go at the food and it will hit him in the forhead... took him about 10 tries to finally get a piece.. the angels are doing about the same thing... Don't know if they are being stupid or something is wrong..

water temp= 80
ph 6.8
ammonia= .5ppm
nitrate= 0
nitrite= 0

It is a new tank.. had it for about a month now... ammonia was higher last week but i have brought it down... it may be even lower then the .5ppm but i just put that as a high end... On the tester the the water is pretty much clear there is just a slight yellow tint to it... It has come down nicely though in the last 2 weeks...

Well I have seen plenty of blind fish (including my blind catfish) and they seem to generally do well in peaceful tanks and don't have that hard of a time getting the food. My catfish is actually the first one there.

It seems to me that if you fish are really lethargic then it might be something else. Don't know what though. I would do another water change if you are reading any ammonia.
