It looks like hygrophila polysperma to me.
Check out tropica.com for info on it if it really is that. It's an easy plant to grow.

I'd say ditto to the H. polysperma. I have it in two of my tanks...awesome plant it you want something that grows fast and will spread. Mine is quickly becoming the only plant in my 30 gallon as everything else is being suffocated by stinkin algae!!
