Ok, I've been keeping records of my tests daily. Please tell me what you guys think.....

Ammonia- .50
Nitrate- 0
Nitrite- 2

Day 11
12/2------ pH- 8.2
Ammonia- 2.0
Nitrate- 5
Nitrite- 1

Day 12
12/3------ pH- 8.0
Ammonia- (In the middle of) .50 & 1.0
Nitrate- 0
Nitrite- (In the middle of) .5 & 1

Please tell me what you guys think about the changes. I have had (cured) live rock & live sand in the tank, from 'the get, go!' I have about 6 lbs of live rock in the tank (10 gal) go to get more this weekend.

Well, no - your cycle isn't done yet, but it looks like you're making progress. As soon as the ammonia and nitrite are completely undetectable, you'll be good to go :)

Does it look like my live rock & sand will still be 'alive' even through ammonia. Does this look like a typical cycle?

The bacteria on the live rock and sand is "eating" the ammonia and turning it into Nitrite and then Nitrates. If there was no ammonia in the cycle there wouldnt be any bacteria :)
