New Tank Help

I just added water and sand to a new tank and it's really murkly, (22LBS or aragonite and 50LBS play sand and i got 20 LBS of LS which i haven't added yet, should i add the LS while the water is murky or wait until it clears and should i have my powerfilter going to help with the murky water or it wouldn't help any ways or make it worse.

In future if you could keep it to only one post that would be great as that way people don't repeat what others have already said on a different forum. Just a friendly suggestion. Anyway, good luck with the new tank.
