How long does a 3" oscar take to grow to say 8" if he lives in a 135g aquarium?
think "weeds in a hot rainy summer"
an inch a month wouldn't surprise me, so 5 months or so.....

I got my Oscar after christmas last year. He was 2 inches then and is now a little over 8. He's really been growing lately. I guess it might also depend on who he lives with.
With proper feeding and water changes, 4 - 6 months.
