in my tank... lol.
where to find it is another story. mine either came in on some rocks from the river (which i actually think is the case) or with some java moss i purchased. i had no idea i had it for over a year though. :wall:
have you tried posting a want add in the classifieds? not saying it is likely but someone might have some. i know it's a tiny plant that grows slow... and sells for more than many plants that are HUGE in comparison. i have seen a couple people pay upwards of $30 for portions the size of 2 dimes which i think is ridiculous but i've seen it.
lol thats freaking awesome i wish they had places like that near my house where i can go pick up aquatic plants (every river here is gray or brown with pollution). yeah i tried posting a wanted to buy classified here but no one responded. oh well just got to try harder
lol... i think this is a misunderstanding... i purchased all my plants too. i get my wood and rocks from the delaware river. i live between 2 locations of rohm and haas. they have been heavily polluting the water here as long as i've been alive. my rocks were boiled somewhere between 6-24+ hrs each and yet still some moss definitely survived. that moss has been removed though just in case. they have grown to put up with anything like the 3 eyed catfish i once caught in the same river about 1/4 mile north of my collection area... freaky!
anyway about your dilemma. i have seen it online a couple times but from what i see you have to actively search this one out or be at the right place at the right time.
oh... i wanted to add this:
i do have more, but that rock was the easiest to get to and take out for pics.
Thanks for the responses guys. Yeah it looks like theres none on aquabid or ebay currently. Just gotta wait it out. I do have some pellia I'm growing out but the mini pellia just seems more suitable for a nano tank I'm currently setting up
