I had a 50 gallon which was leaking...and i tried to fix the leaking portions using a new layer of silicon..now i found out that the leak is actually around the corner...is this fixable or shld i just get a new tank....the filters, heaters and pump are already on the way...so im gonna have to start a new tank...any advice? thanx

sure, it's fixable.

remove all the silicon and put a fresh layer down.

And to add on you will need to take the tank down and put all the fish and substrate and whatnot somewhere for a few days as you remove, replace the sylicon and then let it dry well.
