Curious About LR die-off

I was wondering if, when cycling a tank with LR, is there anything (corals, clams, etc.) that release poisonous chemicals into the water when they die off? Just curious because when I begin my cycle in about a week, I wanted to know what I should get rid of that's on the LR. I'm planning on ordering Gulf LR from the Tampa Bay Saltwater site. Thanks.

While I can't say 'never', because it's always a risk, there aren't too many corals or hitch hikers that will be on live rock that would release a toxin on dying. Ammonia, yes. Other toxins, highly unlikely, IMO.
