is it best to have a low, constant bubble rate to maintain a desired co2/ph or do quick burst of co2 to get the desired ph.

ok. i probably confused you.
i have a ph controller. it will maintain my ph whether i have a low bubble rate or a high bubble rate.

do i make sense now?

Low constant is better.

You need at least 15-25ppm co2 and maintan it at a stable level.T

I agree with tanker, a slow change is better. But after the initial setup of the ph controller you wont be seeing large ph swings since the co2 will kick in once the ph drops only a few increments
