Hi all and thanks everyone for your helpful suggertions. My blue ribbon eel has started to feed. i was beginning to think it would die of starvation, but now eats greedily and even chases my adult moroons and the silver scat.

Congratulations! What is he eating? My guy is also in a 55 gallon and he does great too. And if you could it would be great to post pics. I love Blue Ribbons and cand hardly wait till mine turns. Well just wanted to say congratulations with getting him to feed and good luck with him. BTW, I have found that my Ribbon needs to be fed every other day in order to stay full. Anyway, hope this helps and congratulations.
