Hi everyone there I’ve just upgraded my 100 litres / 27 gallons to 648 Litres/ 175 gallons, right now the population in the new tank is the same I had in my old one, which is:

3 Angels
5 kullies
5 Corys
2 Ancistrus
11 Cardinals
2 SAE’s

I’m going to purchase 2 Angels, 30 Cardinals, 5 octocinclus, 2 Corys, 2 Kullies and probably a weird Ancistrus.

Having said that I need advice in order to purchase some cichlids, previous experience with cacautoides was kind of dramatic, I had to give them away, the female destroyed the fins of two of my Angels and I don’t want that to be repeated though I have to say it was in the old tank.

First I though of purchasing a pair or Rams and Agassizi, thought from what I’ve read I think I’m going to avoid the Agassizi and Rams and probably start only with a pair of Kribensis.

Can I add also the Rams? Will it be ok to add 3 pairs of Cichlids for example 2 pairs of Rams and one of Kribensis?

The most important are the fins of my Angel Fish, don’t enjoy fights in the Acuarium so maybe only a pair of Kribensis is enough for a Community tank though is quiet big.. is there a better Cichlid for this setup, considering the species I have?

What do you think?
