Anyone know a good place to get Archer fish? I always wanted some as a kid, but I thought they were too wild. Of late, I have seen them start to sneak into the hobby. Online sites would be fine if anyone knows of someplace to get some.

Thanks everybody!
(They are brackish, right?)

They are a brackish fish. I am trying to think of some stores in Denver that have them. I think South Broadway Tropicals has some or if not they can get them easy since they have had them before. www.liveaquaria.com generally always has them too. Anyway, hope this helps and good luck.

I have noticed that the price has also gone up in the few past years. My first archer cost $9 US and the second one cost $12 and now the LFS has one for $30. Over a 3 year period.

I think the store that had them was selling them for 19 but on sale for 12, don't remember for sure though. Anyway, hope this helps and good luck.

Online at the site posted above, they were going for $20, but sold out. I did a little more research, looks like I need a really big tank for these guys. I guess it will have to wait until I get a bigger house. The condo is about maxed for tanks. Thank you again.
