wow 10 bucks for them at live aquaria? sucks when you cant find something you want locally ive been there and paid 40 bucks for shipping 3 3 inch fish before. i see the rams here occasionally though 3.99 last time i saw some.

just go to your lfs and ask them to order you some, should save you a heap of cash, and shouldnt be a problem, they are fairly common

well worth it though, my favortie fish, i wish i had room for more hehe

mixed things on this fish - i need you guys to come up big for me here!!! i have a 55 gal community tank - lots of catfish though- i was reading last night online somewhere that rams are mainly bottom dwellers and see catfish as enemies - i have 7 albino corie,s 3 clown loaches, pictus cat - im worried bout my cories cause we all know how gentle they are i don't want the rams ripping them up? has any one has experience with this?
the rest of my tank i know is compatible or so i've been told - angels,gouramis,livebearers -
