I would say yes but it also depends on your stocking level, type of corals you keep and how much and how often you feed.

i like more soft then i do hards.. does that help at all?

It should be just fine if you dont overstock and over feed, if you do that tho you might want to go to the next size up, hope that helps.

It will work, but a 200 would be nicer.

I would go with the 200. That's what I am running on my 120. I got the upgraded purple pin wheel but I think now there might be a red one out too. They are a lot better than the stock white one and you dont have to worry about meshing it.
