cocktail shrimp?

This is probably a silly ? Does it matter if you use cooked shrimp or the raw ones? It just popped in my head.

Go for raw. Chances are, if you ask the seafood guy for a couple raw shrimp, he'll give you a weird look and some free shrimp :)

Cocktail shrimp are cooked :D

If its pink its cooked.

Raw is better--the cooked ones will take much longer to break down.
