ok i bought the rams i posted about earlier - the store had special ordered them but no one ever came to pick them up so i got four of them - they look very healthy - small lil ones though -
however i'm a little stressed now - my q tank is undergoing ich treatments so i didn't want to q them in there - so after examining them best i coul i decided to put them into my big tank -uggghhh prob a mistake i know - after obsessivley staring at the lil fellas i notice one of them has a pink spot on his spine (internally) because they are gold you can sort of see into them - you can easily see their spinal column - all the others is clear white color - then this one it is white then 1/4 of the way away from his tail it gets pinkish - but this fish is acting very normal eating swimming etc - is this something to worry bout?
is it TB? i hope not - i've been very nervous ever since i read a magazine piece about TB - how you have to break your whole tank down n sterilize everything - what are signs of TB in the fish -i heard curvature is the symptom - i was then thinking of just taking him out and putting him and one other ( for company) in my q tank - but then i thought well if it's TB they all woul have it cause it's so contagious - he's been in my tank for about 6 hrs - so even if i take him out then my tank woul have it by now anyhow right?
maybe it's not n i'm freaking out - i don't think it is but i guess i don't really know they symptoms - i'm such an idiot i shoulve put em' in q - shoul i move them now?
none of the others have this pinkish splotch inside them ?
help thanks lmb :shake:

ok

just found this as TB symptoms on a google search
Lethargy.
Shows little or no interest in food.
Wasting.
Pop Eye.
Loss of colour.
Physical deformities.
Numerous secondary infections.

don't think any of these apply
but shoul i worry
woul you? i know im a nut - thanks

forgot to say

you can only see this pinkish part of the spine from one side of the fish the other sde you can't see it from
maybe why i never noticed before

yeah

hopefully it's not disease - maybe it's just the way this fish is - it is a very small area of the spine that has pinkish coloration to it -
i might move him to another tank but he really seems healthy otherwise - if it were illness i woul imagine he woul be sluggish and shy and not wanting to eat but he seems ok -
i hope i'm just over nervous - i know i am because i didnt q them
