I would try to feed them a good food with vitamins to keep their systems working with your continued maintenance schedule.
I don't mean to scare you but the disease itself was deadly for me, or at least I think it's what killed most of my guys. I believe I tried using Maracyn and a couple other things and nothing worked, it's a tough battle. I would assume it is contagious as it affected most of my fish except my plecos and some cories (though some were infected). I was losing fish left and right at a level of about 1 per day. After my frustrations of the med not working as well as the water change, I removed what fish I had left and placed them in another tank. The only survivors were the pleco, some cories, and a RTBS. When I did move them, the RTBS was in very sad shape and I assumed the worst for him, not expecting for him to make it to the morning. To my surprise, he began to recover immediately and after about a week he was doing great. Since I didn't know the true cause, I ran my main tank empty while adding food for the bacteria for about 4 or 5 weeks. I tried adding couple of fish before that time but they died as well. I was still pretty nervous to try any more after that time so added my pleco who never showed signs in the beginning. Then after a few more days, added some skunk loaches, and watched them for another week. I added my cories and was very reluctant on the RTBS because of what he had been through and was worried about losing my little "survivor". He did well after another few days then I purchased some new Angels. So far, everyones happy and I haven't seen hide nor hair of the cloudy eye again. I guess you could say it's my most "feared" disease so I'm not very optimistic personally when I know it's in the tank. However, if you do battle this successfully, I'd be interested in hearing how you did it. Sorry I couldn't come up with a good fix for ya.
