Never heard of this but tonight i walked in to turn my light off on the tank and saw one of my clown loaches dead. It had clearly clown loach bites all over it. So i sat and watched the remaining 3 loaches and one clearly the biggest had 2 bite marks on it. I have seen a video clip of clown loaches have a niggel but never dieing. Anyways i am coming to the conclusion that they fought. What do you think??

It sounds that way to me. Few animals fight to the death over territory, but sometimes one will recieve a mortal wound. Course every now and then you'll have a weaker fish that will not back down. Sorry to hear about your loss.

Wow, I've never heard of this either. My Clowns do go at it occassionally, but have never lost any.

my clowns are quite the chasers! they are the most aggressive thing in my tank!

well i have seen them bite each other but never draw blood....when i pulled this dude out he was bleeding from his wounds.
