Who has the cheapest salt?

I need to buy some salt. Haven't bought some in about a 1yr 1/2. Last batch i bought was from DR foster and it was Instant Ocean. $27.00 per 160gal mix bucket. The price has really gone up..$43.00 per.

Any thoughts who has the cheapest?
 
I have been buying from petsolutions because they were shipping flat fee where most others charge a heavy freight charge. I don't know if they are still running that special or not.
