View Full Version : Ricordia -- Who has?

G/f and I recently added our first bit of ricordia to our 55 gallon, and I've gotta say they look great. 2 of them, including the bullseye one, have multiple heads already and are really vivid in color. Anways, my question is this - Can i target feed these to help growth? When I was feeding my sun polyps, i dropped some cyclopeeze on the actual heads and outter wrims of the ricordia and they kinda moved around almost as if they were going to move the food towards the head. Any info on maintaining or successing these guys would be great.

You can target-feed your rics, but it is certainly not necessary. I doubt you'll see drastically accelerated growth from target-feeding though - rics grow very slowly. Small pieces of fresh shrimp, squid, etc. are good if you decide to target-feed.
