Sealing with acrylic spray

Anybody have experience using acrylic spray in their tanks? I have made some rock out of concrete, perlite, peat, and sand. It is for a cichlid tank so I thought the concrete wouldn't be an issue. However the pH is rising a bit more than I want. It is around 8.4-8.6. Anyhow I was thinking of spraying it with acrylic spray and wondering if that would be toxic for fish. Any thoughts/insight would be appreciated.

I viewed it a few times. I don't know the answer about the acrylic spray.

I don't think concrete is very good for aquarium water. I made some cement caves about 4 months ago and I still have them soaking in a tub of water trying to get the ph down.
