I've got 2 questions. First is aesthetic, can I paint the back of my tank if I already have fish in it? Will any paint "bleed" through? Second, I've been slacking on my water changes, and my water is a bit mirky. It also looks like I have a ton of oxygen bubbles floating around. When I do the water change I'm sure it'll get rid of the cloudyness, but is there anything I should do to get rid of the oxygen?

im assuming you mean paint the back on the outside of the tank? it would be okay, but you might just find it easier to get a premade background sheet and tape it on there.
i can't tell you what to do about your other problem, as i don't know what kind of equipment you're using.

Yes, I mean paint the outside. I also just posted a question on how to include tank specs in profile. I've got a 20 gal w/ live sand and rock zoo-med powerhead (air intake closed off) Top Fin filter and Jebo pc lights 2x 55watt. Flame angel, and damsel I can't find listed anywhere. Tanks 4 weeks old, levels are fine.

Do you have any red or green slimy looking algae? If you do it is cyano bacteria. Usually this algae also creates lots of bubbles. Just keep doing water changes and light feeding and it shouldf take care of itself after a few weeks. If not, you should then look at the water your using for top offs and water changes to see if you need either a RO/DI filter or another water source.
