Looking for info on this fish from anyone who has owned one.

They grow slowly and can ultimately get pretty big (9"-11") . Hope you have a largish tank... They are very interesting catfish, although mine is quite reclusive.

The single best place I know for catfish info is www.planetcatfish.com .

Look in the Cat-E-Log under Mochokidae for info on Synodontis species, including the decorus.
