i like the layout you've got. I think the big thing is where do you want the actinics, which is what I assume those blue bulbs are in your diagram? The whole look of the tank can change if they are in the front or the back. I like to keep my actinics in the rear, seems to me that when the daylight bulbs are in the rear the reflection off the back glass makes the setup look harsh, but I like a very soft blue glow.

Thank you,
Yes the blue ones are the acticnis, the setup i draw would give the best light mixing effect, but if i put the blue in the back, and the whites in front will i see a big difference ? Would the blue be isolated on the back of the tank or will it still mix with the rest ?
Call me picky if you want by i want to be sure :p

I have the actinics in the back as well. I think it provides an illusion of depth. But mixing may give a nice effect as well. I would also place the 20 watt bulbs at the front. I think you will be happier with the front corners lit, rather than the back corners.
From front to back:
20W daylight
20W actinic
2X13W daylight
15W daylight
15W actinic
