2 Pics of my Funny Frog

I walked into the bedroom to take some plant shots and almost had a heart attack when I saw my poor froggy floating at the surface. Now, I know that ADF's do this a lot, but mine had never done it before. He just looked so funny (once I realized he was still alive, of course) that I had to take a couple pictures of him.

The bubbles on his tummy are CO2 bubbles. He decided that he'd float right above the co2 injector. Silly frog:) Or, maybe he started at the bottom and he got pushed up by the bubbles;) (Hey, it could happen!)

When I laughed at him, he got ticked at told me to kiss his little froggy...um...butt:p As you can see, he's giving me very explicit directions on where he'd like me to plant that kiss:

LOL! Now that you mention it, it does remind me of the matrix thing too! It's like the freeze frame at the height of a jump. Now I'm going to picture that every time I see him doing that.

Good thing those claws are harmless - he likes to crawl on me when I stick my hand in the tank lol. He did manage to break a claw off the other day, but it appears to have grown back since it doesn't look damaged in the picture.

I like how my plants pearl....but now I can say I've got a pearling frog too!;)
