ok so i here some people talking about feeding there fish live brine shrimp and thouhgt that that would be a cool idea.
but i wanted to here ur alls opinion on it
i alredy feed my fish
dry drine shrimp
cichlid omni
plankton
i am thinkin that it would be cool to see my fish chase em around

brine shrimp, for the 'chasing' effect arn't that good, they have a very short lifespan once they enter freshwater, usually less than an hour IME.
they are still a good live food, so if you can feed them do.
if you want more of a chase on your hands, opt for something like daphnia, which will move around quite happily, and the fish will usually go nuts following around. it also has the benefit of not keeing over in anything but the best of tanks, so you can have the entertainment of the fish chasing them around a lot longer.

how big are daphnia because i have yuong rams and green fire tetras and they dont have very big mouths
the only things with big mouths are the bettas and the gouramis

All of the daphnia I have seen are very tiny. In fact, since they are nearly clear, they are difficult to see. Your fish should have no problem eating an organism the size of daphnia.
