What are these tentacle looking thing sticking out of my LR? Any ideas?

nope they don't really move, just stay the same.

If they're rigid, they may be vermetid snails.

no not vermetid snails, I just found a website with something about those. These come to a point on the end and are very clear looking. I'm not sure about the movement, they may move a bit but they don't sway and move in the water all the time.
